Not sure what size to take? Simply do the following:

1. Select the size that you normally wear (please add a note indicating which retail outlet or brand fits you well)
2. Measure the following parts of your body:

     Tops:: Swimwear, Activewear, Lingerie

• Bust - over the nipple area
• Underbust - immediately below the breasts
• Natural Waist - on or just above your belly button

     Bottoms:: Swimwear, Activewear, Lingerie 

• Hip - Widest part of your hips and bottom
• Upper thigh - widest part of your thigh
