In-Store Pickup: 

You can purchase a product a choose a pickup option from one of our two pop-up stores.

The order will be ready for pick-up within 2 - 3 working days.

Courier: 

This is a door-to-door service. Once the order reaches us, we prepare and package the item/s. From there it will be on its way to the address provided. Details on tracking and timing will be included in your delivery notification e-mail.

 

Delivery Times:

Shipping usually takes 2 - 5 working days in South Africa excluding weekends. All orders above R600 will be shipped for free in South Africa.

Shipping outside of South Africa usually takes 2 to 6 Weeks.

Gauteng Main Centres - R55.00

Gauteng Outlying Areas - R85.00 

Rest of South Africa - R100.00

Delivery to physical addresses only. If a P.O Box or Private Bag address is provided, we will amend the shipping and send your item to you via the post office.

International Shipping:

We ship to internationally. The rates are available when you add an item to cart and check calculate the shipping fee by using the shipping calculator during checkout.

United Kingdom - R850,00 for parcels under 2kg*

United States - R1,100,00 for parcels under 2kg*

If an item is missing from your shipment:

Contact us by E-mail: info@llyla.com within 24 hours of the delivery having taken place. Please have your Order Number ready.

Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking details.
